When you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the payment and provides us or RevenueCat with information necessary to confirm and manage the subscription.

When you purchase a subscription through the Google Play Store, Google processes the payment and provides us or RevenueCat with information necessary to confirm and manage the subscription.

Apple's and Google's collection and use of information are governed by their respective privacy policies, payment terms, and platform terms.

Legal and safety purposes

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, subpoenas, or legal processes;
  • respond to lawful requests from public authorities;

4. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Vantys Inc. does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable US state privacy laws.

If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required opt-out mechanisms.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • provide and maintain the Services;
  • preserve an account or subscription;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations;
  • resolve disputes;

  • prevent fraud and abuse; and
  • maintain security and business records.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.

When information is no longer required, we may delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is technically feasible, including where information remains temporarily within encrypted backups.

6. Data Security

We use administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

However, no electronic system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to personal information we maintain about you;

You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may request proof that the agent is authorized to act for you.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Certain information may be exempt from a request, including where retention is necessary to complete a transaction, prevent fraud, comply with law, protect legal rights, or maintain security.

Account deletion

Where Voko offers account creation, you may request deletion of your account and associated information through the account-management features available within the app or by contacting us.

Deleting your Voko account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription.

Apple App Store subscriptions must be managed or canceled through the subscription settings associated with the user's Apple Account.

Google Play Store subscriptions must be managed or canceled through the subscription settings associated with the user's Google Play account.

You may continue to be charged by Apple or Google until the subscription is canceled through the applicable app-store account.

8. California Privacy Notice

This section applies to California residents to the extent Vantys Inc. is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended.

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

California residents may exercise these rights using the contact method provided in Section 7.

9. Children's Privacy

Voko is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. Do-Not-Track and Privacy Preference Signals

Some browsers and devices offer "Do Not Track" settings. Because no single universal standard governs these signals, our Services may not respond to all Do Not Track settings.

Where applicable law requires us to recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, we will process those signals as required.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, technologies, business practices, or legal obligations.
